The November 2011 Special Session was called by the Governor to provide for redistricting of government pursuant to Article IV, Section 1, of the North Dakota Constitution following the 2010 census, and for other purposes as deemed by the legislative assembly.
There were six bills introduced and passed during the special session. The Governor signed 1473 and 2370 on November 9, 2011, and 1475, 1476, 1477, and 2371 on November 11, 2011.
