The State Employee Compensation System Oversight Committee met during the 2011 regular legislative session. The committee was formed to continue the work of the 2009-10 interim Government Services Committee to oversee the implementation of recommendations resulting from the Hay Group study of the classified state employee compensation system. He said the Legislative Council contracted with Hay Group to begin the initial implementation process in November 2010.
