Relating to criminal history record investigation on identified relatives; to amend and reenact subdivision f of subsection 2 of section 12-60-24, section 25-03.2-03.1, subsection 9 of section 43-12.1-04, subsection 21 of section 50-06-05.1, subsection 1 of section 50-11-00.1, and sections 50-11-00.1, 50-11-01, 50-11-02.3, and 50-11-06.8 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to criminal history record checks on identified relatives, residential child care facilities, qualified residential treatment program, supervised independent living program, approved foster care facilities, moratorium, and criminal history records investigation; and to provide an effective date.
