AN ACT to create and enact sections 23‑10‑06.1 and 23‑10‑06.2 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to mobile home park, recreational vehicle park, and campground license renewals and transfers; to amend and reenact sections 23-10-01, 23-10-02, 23‑10‑02.1, 23‑10‑03, 23‑10‑04, 23‑10‑06, 23‑10‑07, 23‑10‑07.1, 23‑10‑09, 23‑10‑10, 23‑10‑10.1, 23‑10‑11, and 23‑10‑12 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to mobile home parks, recreational vehicle parks, and campgrounds; and to provide a penalty.
