2019 § 14 Study the feasibility and desirability of reducing Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center fees and consider alternatives to address the sustainability of the Parks and Recreation Department's operations of the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center.

2019 § 15 Study the public access and use of real property located between the Missouri River and the Missouri River Correctional Center, owned by the State of North Dakota, under the control of the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, and the impact of transferring the property to the Parks and Recreation Department.
