64th Legislative Assembly
The 64th Legislative Assembly consisted of a Senate of 47 senators and a House of Representatives with 94 representatives. The 64th Legislative Assembly organized December 1-3, 2014, convened in regular session Tuesday, January 6, 2015, adjourned Wednesday, April 29th, 2015, and reconvened and adjourned Tuesday, June 16, 2015.
Generally, the senators from odd-numbered districts will be elected to four-year terms at the 2014 general election and the senators from even-numbered districts were elected to four-year terms at the November 2012 general election.Two representatives were elected from each of 47 senatorial districts. *The Legislative Assembly reconvened the Legislative Assembly pursuant to North Dakota Century Code Sections 54-03-02 and 54-35-16 to continue the work of the Sixty-Fourth Legislative Assembly.
