Approve termination of any waiver obtained by the Department of Human Services for the training, education, employment, and management (TEEM) program or the demonstration project to combine the benefits under the aid to families with dependent children, temporary assistance for needy families, fuel assistance, and food stamp programs (NDCC § 50-06-01.8)
Approve revised administration of the temporary assistance for needy families program by the Department of Human Services (NDCC § 50-09-29)
Receive periodic reports from the Department of Human Services regarding the evaluation of welfare reform (1997 S.L., ch. 12, § 31)
