The General Index is an index by subject matter of all chapters of the Session Laws. Note that the Session Laws contain matter in addition to bills and resolutions enacted or approved by the Legislative Assembly. Chapter numbers also are assigned to veto messages, initiated measures, referred measures, and constitutional measures.
