Q: Is a specific budget or price proposal format required?

A: There is not a specific budget format which needs to be used for the proposal.  Budgetary information which should be provided in the proposal includes the number of people who will be working on the project, their hourly rates, the estimated number of hours needed to complete the project, and estimated additional expenses to arrive at a total amount. The price proposal should identify a specific amount (lump sum).

Q: Are indirect costs allowed?

A: Indirect costs are allowed but need to be included in the proposal's total cost.

Q: Are there any restrictions on how the funds can be used?

A: There are no specific restrictions on how the funds can be used.
