2009 Legislative Documents

The following printed materials of the 61st Legislative Assembly of North Dakota (2009) are available after December 8, 2008, upon payment of the appropriate subscription fee. Prices differ, depending on whether the documents are picked up from the bill and journal room or are delivered by first-class mail as soon as they become available for distribution.

1. A set of bills and resolutions as introduced and printed or reprinted, $150 if picked up; $290 to receive by mail.
2. A set of bills and resolutions as introduced and printed or reprinted, including a set of all engrossed and reengrossed bills and resolutions, $260 if picked up; $485 to receive by mail.
3. A set of the daily journals of the House and the Senate, $90 if picked up; $230 to receive by mail.
4. A copy of the House and Senate Journal Index (available after final adjournment), $30 whether picked up or mailed.
5. A set of weekly committee hearing schedules of the House and Senate, free if picked up; $40 to receive by mail.
6. A set of daily calendars of the House and Senate, free if picked up; $70 to receive by mail.
7. A daily bill status report, $350 if picked up; $490 to receive by mail.

In order to subscribe to any of these legislative documents, you must complete a legislative document subscription service (2009) form available from this site. You may also request a form by telephone (701-328-2916), fax (701-328-3615), or mail (Legislative Council, State Capitol, 600 East Boulevard, Bismarck, ND 58505-0360). A completed form must be sent to the address indicated on the form along with a check in the appropriate amount payable to NORTH DAKOTA LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL. Subscription fees are nonrefundable.
