To subscribe to receive e-mailed notices of proposed rulemaking, you must submit a request for a subscription to the administrative rulemaking notice service and include a check for the amount of $50, payable to the NORTH DAKOTA LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL. The request and check should be mailed to the Legislative Council, State Capitol, 600 East Boulevard, Bismarck, ND 58505-0360. The subscription is for one year, beginning on the first business day of the month after the check is received.
