2009 Legislative Drafting Manual

The Legislative Council prepares and publishes the Legislative Drafting Manual under authority of Senate and House Rules 405. These rules require bills and resolutions to be approved as to form and style by the Legislative Council staff. This following links contain the 2007 Legislative Drafting Manual.
