The Parks and Recreation Department is not an administrative agency as defined by North Dakota Century Code section 28-32-01. Therefore, the department is not subject to the Administrative Agencies Practice Act (North Dakota Century Code chapter 28-32). However, the department has placed its rules in the style and format required for the North Dakota Administrative Code and the rules of the department are published as title 58.
