The Bank of North Dakota is not an administrative agency as defined by North Dakota Century Code section 28-32-01. Therefore, the Bank is not subject to the Administrative Agencies Practice Act (North Dakota Century Code chapter 28-32). However, for public information purposes the Bank has placed its rules in the style and format required for the North Dakota Administrative Code and the rules of the Bank are published as title 12.5.
