Legislative Bill Tracking System
The Legislative Bill Tracking System is a new online web application for the 63rd Legislative Assembly. The new application replaces the LBTS application used in previous legislative sessions. There is no user fee for this new application. The application is available for Internet users and state agency users. The tracking of legislative bills and resolutions begins with the official introduction of bills and resolutions starting on the first day of the legislative session, Tuesday, January 8, 2013.

Internet Users
Internet users will login to the Legislative Bill Tracking System using their state of North Dakota Login ID. If you do not have a state of North Dakota login ID, click on the "Register Now!" button on the login page to create a North Dakota login ID.
Login with your North Dakota login ID.
State Agency Users
State agency users on the state network may login to the Legislative Bill Tracking System using their North Dakota government (NDGOV) login id.
Login with your North Dakota NDGOV login ID.
NOTE: If an NDGOV login ID user needs to access the Legislative Bill Tracking System from outside the state network, the user will need to VPN into the state network using their SSL VPN connection to access the bill tracking system.
