A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact section 57-39.2-26.1 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the share of state sales, gross receipts, use, and motor vehicle excise tax deposited in the state aid distribution fund and allocation of that fund among political subdivisions; to provide an effective date; and to provide an expiration date.
