Title Summaries: 2007
Almost every bill enacted by the Legislative Assembly contains substantive law. A one paragraph summary of that substantive law is prepared and placed under the relevant North Dakota Century Code title. A bill containing numerous provisions that affect more than one Century Code title will be summarized separately for each relevant title. For example, 2007 House Bill No. 1033 contains provisions affecting NDCC Titles 11, 15.1, 23, 25, 40, 43, 48, and 57 and a summary of the provisions affecting that relevant title appears under that title.
