Legislation: 2007
Legislative information from the 60th Legislative Assembly, which will convene Wednesday, January 3, 2007, will be available through this web site without charge. The Legislative Info right navigation pane provides the links to this information. During the legislative session this information is updated daily.
Generally, the information will become available January 3, 2007. Some information is placed on this site before January 3, e.g. the text of bills filed for formal introduction before the session (prefiled bills) was available beginning December 21, 2006, through the links at the end of this page.
Legislative information that becomes available after the Legislative Assembly adjourns also is available on this site without charge. This information includes the effective dates of legislation and the 2007 Session Laws.
A Legislative Bill Tracking System subscription service is available through the North Dakota University System. This subscription-based, value-added system is designed to track multiple measures through the legislative process during the legislative session. A subscriber can generate customized reports for measures identified on tracking lists (a tracking list is a set of measures tracked as a group). Data is updated at the close of each day. This system provides reports tailored to the measures the subscriber is following.
