2007 Committee Hearing Schedules
Standing Committees. During a legislative session, this page provides links to the standing committee hearing systems of the House of Representatives and the Senate. The screen will give the committee name, meeting room, day of meeting, times measures are scheduled for hearing, and a description of each measure to be heard. The committee hearing system will not display standing committees that do not have scheduled hearings.
House Committee HearingsA separate system is used to prepare weekly committee hearing schedules. The printed schedules are available from the Bill and Journal Room the Friday preceeding the week of hearings.
Conference Committees. Generally, conference committees do not meet until March. When scheduled, the House committee hearing system will display conference committees with House bills and the Senate committee hearing system will display conference committees with Senate bills. Conference committee information will follow standing committee information. This conference committee information is updated every 5 minutes between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. daily. This information will be sorted by day and time, then by bill number.
(The schedule will not contain hearing information if no hearings are scheduled.)
