A BILL for an Act to provide an appropriation for defraying the expenses of the various
divisions under the supervision of the director of the office of management and budget; to
provide an exemption; to create and enact a new section to chapter 6-09 and a new section to
chapter 55-10 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to earnings and profits of the Bank
of North Dakota and historical sites; to amend and reenact sections 15-69-02, 15-69-03,
15-69-04, 15-69-05, 24-02-37, and 39-04-39 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to
centers of excellence, state highway fund, and registration fees; to provide an appropriation;
to provide for reports to the budget section; to create a legislative council medical
assistance committee; to provide legislative intent; to provide an effective date; and to
provide an expiration date.
