| subsection 15 of section 57-02-01 and sections 57-02-08.1, 57-02-11, 57-02-27, 57-12-05, |
| 57-12-09, 57-20-07.1, 57-20-09, and 57-32-03 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to |
| home rule authority, property tax increase limitations and determination of true and full |
| value, the homestead property tax credit, notice of assessment increases for property tax |
| purposes, contents of property tax statements, and the discount for early payment of property |
| taxes; to provide an appropriation; and to provide an effective date. |
