A BILL for an Act to create and enact two new sections to chapter 57-02 and a new section to

chapter 57-15 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to a homestead property tax relief

credit, establishment of a property tax relief trust fund, and limitations on property tax

increases; to amend and reenact subsection 15 of section 57-02-08 and section 57-02-27 of the
|
|
North Dakota Century Code, relating to the property tax exemption for farm residences and
|
|
valuation of property for property tax purposes; and to provide an effective date.
