technology department; to create and enact a new section to chapter 15.1-02, a new section to

the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the superintendent of public instruction, creation
|
|
of a health information technology steering committee, the powers and duties of the
|
|
information technology committee, and the borrowing authority of the information technology
|
|
department; and to declare an emergency.
