| A BILL for an Act to establish a renewable energy development commission; to create and enact |
| a new section to chapter 19-10, three new sections to chapter 54-44.4, three new subsections |
| to section 57-38-30.3, and six new sections to chapter 57-38 of the North Dakota Century Code, |
| relating to the ethanol content of gasoline, state purchasing of energy, and corporate and |
| individual income tax credits for renewable energy use; to amend and reenact section |
| 19-10-03.1 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the ethanol content of gasoline; to |
| provide a transfer; to provide a continuing appropriation; and to provide an effective date. |
