A BILL for an Act to provide an appropriation for defraying the expenses of the department of
corrections and rehabilitation; to create and enact a new section to chapter 12-44.1 of the
North Dakota Century Code, relating to the incarceration of female inmates in grade one
correctional facilities; to amend and reenact subsection 2 of section 12.1-32-07 of the North
Dakota Century Code, relating to supervision fees for a probationer; to provide a statement of
legislative intent; to provide for a legislative council study; and to provide an expiration
date.
