A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 5-03 of the North Dakota
Century Code, relating to alcoholic beverage supplier licensing requirements; to amend and
reenact sections 5-01-01, 5-01-11, and 5-03-06 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to
definitions, goods and services provided by alcohol wholesalers to retailers, and the
authority of the tax commissioner to audit records of alcoholic beverage entities; to repeal
section 5-03-01.2 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to brand registration of
alcoholic beverages; and to provide a penalty.
