A BILL for an Act to create and enact two new sections to Senate Bill No. 2185, as approved by
the fifty-ninth legislative assembly, relating to the effective date of the medical assistance
buy-in program for individuals with disabilities; to amend and reenact section 50-24.1-18.1 of
the North Dakota Century Code, relating to personal care services for eligible medical
assistance recipients who are residing in their own homes; to provide an effective date; and
to declare an emergency.
