Code, relating to payment to treatment or care centers for individuals with developmental

disabilities; to repeal sections 25-18-02, 25-18-04, 25-18-06, 25-18-07, 25-18-08, 25-18-11,
|
|
and 25-18-12 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to a fee-for-service ratesetting
|
|
system for treatment or care centers for individuals with developmental disabilities; to
|
|
provide an effective date; and to declare an emergency.
