2003 Daily Committee Hearing Schedules

Standing Committees. During the regular session of the 58th Legislative Assembly, this page will link to the standing committee hearing systems of the House of Representatives and the Senate. The screen will give the committee name, meeting room, day of meeting, times measures are scheduled for hearing, and a description of each measure to be heard.

Conference Committees. Beginning March 31, 2003, the committee hearing system will not display standing committees that do not have scheduled hearings. However, the House committee hearing system will display conference committees with House bills and the Senate committee hearing system will display conference committees with Senate bills. This conference committee information is for the current day only and is updated every 30 minutes between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. daily.

Conference committee information for meetings beyond the current day can be obtained from a separate system.

Future Conference Committee Hearing Schedule

Interim Committees. During the 2003-04 interim, the House committee hearing system will display the time and place of Legislative Council interim committees that are meeting today; and the Senate committee hearing system will display the date, time, and place Legislative Council interim committees are scheduled to meet in the future.
