of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the rate of interest on underpayments of tobacco

|
products tax, financial institutions tax, income tax, sales and use tax, motor vehicle excise
|
|
tax, aviation excise tax, motor vehicle fuel tax, special fuels tax, oil and gas gross
|
|
production tax, and oil extraction tax, and the rate of interest on overpayments of income
|
|
tax, sales and use tax, and oil and gas gross production tax and oil extraction tax; and to
|
|
provide an effective date.
