  • Recommendations included in the performance audit
  • Budget information, including actual expenditures to date as compared to projections; expenditures charged to the general fund, federal funds, and special funds; federal and other fund collections; end-of-month balances available in federal funds and special funds; and number of residents
  • Its current strategic planning process and options for enhancing its planning process

1:15 p.m. Presentation by representatives of the Department of Transportation on its statewide strategic transportation plan, on the status of highway tax distribution fund revenues, on any recommendations for increasing transportation-related revenues, and on the proposed bill draft
2:00 p.m. Comments by other interested persons regarding the highway funding study
2:15 p.m. Committee discussion and recommendations regarding the highway funding study
OTHER ISSUES
2:30 p.m. Presentation by the Legislative Council staff of a proposed resolution for a Legislative Council study of providing additional funding flexibility for human service centers
