A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new subdivision to subsection 2 of section 28-32-01 of
the North Dakota Century Code, relating to an exemption from the Administrative Agencies
Practice Act for the state board for vocational and technical education; and to amend and
reenact sections 15-20.1-01 and 15-20.1-02, subsection 9 of section 15-20.1-03, sections
15-20.2-02, 15-20.2-09, 15-20.2-15, and 15-20.2-16, subsections 4 and 6 of section 15-20.4-03,
subsection 2 of section 15-20.4-05, and subsection 2 of section 15-20.4-14 of the North Dakota
Century Code, relating to rulemaking authority of the state board for vocational and technical
education.
