Presentation by a representative of the Department of Human Services of information relating to the children’s health insurance program, including:

The number of children enrolled in the children's health insurance program

The number of additional children enrolled in the Medicaid program as a result of the department's outreach efforts relating to the children's health insurance program

The percentage of eligible children enrolled in the children's health insurance program and the estimated cost of increasing that percentage to 90percent

Presentation by a representative of the Department of Human Services relating to the proposal to expand eligibility for the children’s health insurance program by increasing the limitation on allowable income from 140 to 170 percent of the federal poverty level, including:
