| A concurrent resolution for the amendment of section 3 of article IX of the Constitution of |
| North Dakota, relating to the deposit of public moneys with the state treasurer by the board |
| of university and school lands; and to provide an effective date. |
| STATEMENT OF INTENT |
| This amendment gives the legislative assembly authority to regulate the handling and deposit |
| of public moneys by the board of university and school lands and provides that the amendment |
| will take effect on August 1, 2001. |
