57-43.1-07, 57-43.1-11, 57-43.1-17, 57-43.1-20, 57-43.2-01, 57-43.2-02, 57-43.2-03,
57-43.2-04, and 57-43.2-14 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to motor vehicle fuels
and special fuels taxes and administration; to repeal sections 57-43.1-09, 57-43.1-10, and
57-43.1-19 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to motor vehicle fuels tax refunds and
invoices; to provide an effective date; and to declare an emergency.
